1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Coins and access to digital content available on Purewall, accessible at www.purewall.fr.

By placing an order, users agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Products and Services

Purewall offers:

  • free wallpapers;
  • premium wallpapers;
  • Coin packages;
  • digital content accessible using Coins.

All products sold are digital products.

3. Purewall Coins

Purewall Coins are digital platform credits that may only be used within Purewall.

Coins:

  • are not electronic money;
  • have no monetary value;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be transferred between users;
  • cannot be resold.

Coins may only be used for services offered by Purewall.

4. Purchasing Coins

Coins may be purchased using the payment methods available on the platform.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, Coins are automatically credited to the user's account.

5. Using Coins

Coins may be used to:

  • unlock premium wallpapers;
  • access eligible digital content available on Purewall.

The required number of Coins is displayed before each transaction.

Once confirmed, the corresponding Coins are permanently deducted from the user's balance.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on Purewall are shown in the selected currency.

Purewall reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when:

  • performance begins immediately;
  • the user expressly agrees to immediate delivery;
  • the user acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing Coins, the user expressly agrees to these conditions.

Coin purchases are therefore final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. User Accounts

Some features require a registered account.

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;
  • keeping their login credentials confidential;
  • all activity carried out through their account.

Purewall may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Wallpapers available on Purewall are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users receive only a personal right to use downloaded content in accordance with the applicable license.

Without authorization, users may not:

  • resell wallpapers;
  • redistribute files;
  • republish content on other platforms;
  • remove copyright notices.

10. Liability

Purewall makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform operates properly.

However, Purewall does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical issues.

Liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

Purewall may update these Terms of Sale at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

The parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

Where no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
