1. Access to the Platform

Access to Purewall is free of charge.

Certain features require the creation of a user account or the use of Coins.

Purewall reserves the right to suspend, restrict or interrupt access to all or part of its services at any time for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

2. Services

Purewall provides a platform that allows users to:

  • Discover wallpapers;
  • Download free and premium wallpapers;
  • Purchase and use Coins;
  • Create a user account;
  • Join the Creator Program;
  • Publish and manage their own wallpapers;
  • Maintain a public creator profile;
  • Access and use other features offered by the platform.

Services may evolve or be modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a registered account.

Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential.

Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.

4. Creator Program

Eligible users may join the Purewall Creator Program to publish their own wallpapers.

By uploading content, creators:

  • confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to publish the content;
  • retain full ownership of their content;
  • grant Purewall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote and make the content available as required for operating the platform.

Purewall reserves the right to review, reject or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements owned by Purewall, including its interface, logo, design, graphics, software and original content, remain the exclusive property of Purewall.

Wallpapers and other content uploaded by creators remain the property of their respective authors.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of Content

Users agree to respect all copyrights and applicable licenses related to downloaded wallpapers.

Users must not:

  • resell wallpapers without authorization;
  • remove copyright notices when applicable;
  • upload content they do not own or have permission to use.

7. Coins

Certain features require the use of Coins.

The purchase and use of Coins are governed by the applicable Terms of Sale.

Coins are digital platform credits only and do not constitute electronic money or legal currency.

Coins cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • publish illegal content;
  • upload content infringing third-party rights;
  • impersonate another person;
  • bypass security measures;
  • disrupt or interfere with the platform;
  • use Purewall for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Purewall may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability

Purewall makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper operation of its services.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Regarding user-generated content, Purewall acts solely as a hosting provider and cannot be held liable for content published by users, except where required by applicable law.

Purewall may provide links to third-party websites or services.

Purewall has no control over these external services and assumes no responsibility for their content, availability or practices.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Purewall's Privacy Policy.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and other applicable privacy rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, any dispute relating to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
